There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through one of the following mediums:
We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition and within the given timeframe, according to the return options given below.
Where the returned/cancelled product forms part of a larger order all of which is not being returned, the original delivery charge will continue to apply. If a larger order with free delivery falls below the free delivery threshold when it is partially returned, the applicable postage cost will be retrospectively applied before determining the appropriate refund due.
Returning unwanted products
We extend our unwanted returns policy for Christmas. Products purchased from the 1st of October until December 31st 2023 can be returned until the 31st of January 2024. Our normal Terms and Conditions apply.
At all other times, please return your unwanted product within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened and in original packaged condition. Your returned purchase must be in a re-sellable condition, as originally advertised.
Returns must be accompanied with a printed copy of your original order email, so we can easily identify the returned product with your order. You will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us and ensuring everything arrives back to us in undamaged form. Where a product is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
Once the unwanted product is received back to us it will be checked and where it meets our return requirements, as noted in our Terms and Conditions, we will offer an applicable refund. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used for your order.
You should receive notification of your refund within 10 working days after your return has been received. If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days, please contact us.
Returning incorrect products
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of the delivery and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity. We will arrange an exchange or product refund, on receipt of return, where an incorrect product has been received from us.
Please note that some orders may be dispatched in an outer carton that differs in description to that of the products ordered. We recycle cardboard boxes, where possible, to reduce waste.
Refunds on damaged and faulty products
We strive to ensure all purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the package is damaged, please refuse the delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. The acceptable forms of redress for any return are a repair, replacement or refund.
Products returned as faulty will be inspected and, if confirmed as faulty, we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund). If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, we will be unable to offer redress. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such products to the customer at the customer’s cost, where requested.
In dispute products will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the product to the customer has not been received.
We recommend before you return a product as faulty that you:
- check supplied batteries have not expired and just need replacement, as some products are originally supplied with short life demonstration batteries
- check the product has not been broken during use, such as being forced in ways not indicated by any product instructions supplied by the manufacturer
- are confident the reason for the product fault resides with us and not with you, as disputed no fault returns can add extra cost to you should the product need to be resent
